After the completion of the install, I fully agree with all those people who gave them a top rating. In a tight crawl space, the install team did a complete removal of all the 54 year old ducts, installed new ones and also removed a 15 year old system and installed a new energy efficient system in 3 days. Can't recommend Carolina Air Care enough. I had another A/C company come out to do a tune up of my two units and said that I had leaks in both and they were basically out of coolant. This did not add up since I had no issues at all. I decided to get another opinion and CAC came out promptly and confirmed that the other company was trying to pull a scam and my pressures were fine! They earned a customer for life!

I wish I could give more stars. My sister recommended them to me after getting a quote from another company that diagnosed my issue as a bad compressor and wanted $3500 to repair. Carolina came out and diagnosed a bad capacitor for $330 and had it fixed in 15 minutes. I just became a lifelong customer and I recommend you do the same.
